Cristofori V480LS Professional Upright
The Cristofori V480LS 48” professional upright is the top-of-the-line Cristofori vertical piano with the biggest sound and greatest tone projection. It is the only model that can be compared to a baby grand in terms of similar string length and soundboard surface area.
The instrument sits on double brass casters for easy moving and has a slow-fall keycover that won’t accidentally drop down on pianists’ fingers. Quality materials and design features mimic the Cristofori 6’2″ grand.
Similar to high-end pianos, all three sizes of Cristofori uprights are built with the same quality materials and scale design features, regardless of height. Many of these features are even found in Cristofori grand pianos.
Bartolomeo Cristofori, the Italian instrument maker, designed and built the first “pianoforte” in the year 1700. Named after him, the Cristofori brand was introduced in 2004.
